In 2024, our Community Garden at the Foodbank Centre won the prestigious B&Q Community Garden of the Year Award!
This accolade honours community-driven outdoor spaces that uplift local lives and well-being. Along with the award, our Community Garden Team received a £2,500 B&Q gift card, which our dedicated volunteers put to good use by building a brand-new greenhouse!
The greenhouse, now thriving in our community garden, will enable the Foodbank Garden Team to grow even more produce and enhance their mission of providing nourishment for everyone who visits the Foodbank Community Garden.
